Rufflers have been around for a very long time and have changed very little over the years, they have however remained very popular. They are designed to ruffle or pleat fabric to the desired fullness quickly and easily and have the capability to vary the sizes of ruffles.

It is important to note that they are not suitable for heavy furnishing fabrics.
