Operator Fatigue Reduction – LED Lighting (Standard on All Series)
All models are equipped as standard with an advanced LED lighting system designed to reduce operator fatigue. The improved tone adjustment function offers two additional color options—Cool White and Warm White—to suit different working environments and materials.
The LED brightness is adjustable across five illumination levels, allowing operators to optimize lighting conditions. By providing clear, balanced lighting over extended periods, this system helps minimize eye strain and improve overall comfort during long sewing operations.
Integrated Operation Panel & Control Box
The operation panel and control box are fully integrated into the machine head for a compact, streamlined setup and easier installation. An energy-saving, high-efficiency servomotor is built in using a direct-drive system. This allows the machine to start and stop quickly with enhanced accuracy, delivering improved responsiveness and precise sewing performance.
Cover Sensor Unit & Cover Microswitch Unit
The machine is equipped with a cover sensor unit and cover microswitch unit that monitor the closure of protective covers (positions 1, 2, and 3). During operation, these covers must be securely closed, ensuring the machine will not start unexpectedly. This safety feature enhances operator protection by preventing accidental start-up while maintenance or adjustments are being carried out.
