I ordered this machine online. Upon delivery (which was super quick) the machine was set up and I was talked through a quick but thorough tutorial. Absolutely amazing service. Responded to all my initial queries promptly and helped me choose the perfect sewing machine for my needs. Delivery was within a couple of days, and they took the time to explain everything to me and show me how everything worked with my new machine. Brought me extra bobbins and needles, and even some thread in case I needed it. Was really helpful when I had a couple of issues using the machine the following day (user error!) and everything is now running smoothly. Thank you so much, I would definitely use you again and would absolutely recommend 100 percent!
