Electric Feed Length Control System (EFLeCS) with Digital Pitch

The EFLeCS utilizes a stepping motor to electronically control the feed mechanism, allowing precise stitch length adjustment via a color LCD touch panel. The high-clarity display ensures excellent visibility and improved ease of operation.

Feed-Amount Fine Adjustment Function

The stitch length can be finely and precisely controlled using the standard reverse feed lever. Additionally, the machine offers an optional stitch length adjustment function operated by the knee lifter. This hands-free control allows the operator to adjust the stitch length without using their hands, making it especially useful for complex processes that require both hands to handle the material.

One-Touch Changeover Function

The stitch length and maximum sewing speed can be instantly adjusted with a single touch using the hand switch. This feature allows quick setting changes, improving efficiency and ease of operation during production.

Control Box & USB Port

The control box is integrated directly into the machine head for convenient setup and operation. It now includes a standard USB port for charging, providing added functionality and ease of use.

Shorter-Thread Trimming Mechanism

The machine features a double-blade rotary thread-trimming system that trims the thread precisely beneath the needle. Combined with the digital-pitch condensed stitching function, this mechanism consistently leaves no more than 3.5 mm of thread remaining on the material at the end of sewing, ensuring a clean, professional finish.

JUKI Shield Lubrication Design

The machine incorporates JUKI’s advanced automatic oil circulation system, which prevents oil accumulation inside the frame and protects components—such as the needle bar—from staining. All oil-shielded parts have been optimized for precision, shape, layout, and fastening to maximize sealing performance. These proprietary design features minimize oil leakage while ensuring efficient, waste-free lubrication.

Stepping Motor Drive for Thread Trimmer and Auto-Lifter

A single stepping motor powers both the thread trimmer and presser lifter, significantly reducing operating noise—especially during thread trimming.

Nipper Device

Pulls the needle thread to the wrong side of the material at the start of sewing, ensuring cleaner, more professional seam finishes.

Auto-Lift and Knee Lifter

The shared motor enables the auto-lifter as standard, while the knee lifter is also included for hands-free stitch adjustments, enhancing work efficiency.

Hand Switches

Two customizable hand switches allow easy access to functions such as back-tack stitch, needle up/down, one-stitch sewing, condensed stitch, and more.

LED Lighting

Dual-side LED lights illuminate the needle entry area precisely from both sides, making sewing easier. Light intensity can be adjusted in three steps and used as auxiliary work lighting.
